Securing Your Event

A non- refundable deposit  and service agreement is required to  officially reserve your event date. Your event date is not confirmed until deposit is made. Dates are on a first come first serve basis.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your event.

For bookings made within 10  days of the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
 

Cancellations & Date Changes

We understand that plans can change.​

• One complimentary date change may be accommodated if requested at least 10 days before your event and the new date is available.

• Rescheduled events must take place within 3 months of the original event date.

Event Space Requirements

To ensure the best guest experience, we require:​

• One dedicated standard electrical outlet within 25 feet. (We provide extension chords)

• A level, dry, and covered location for outdoor events.

• Venue access at least 60–90 minutes before your booth start time so our team can have ample enough time to complete setup. Breakdown begins promptly once your reserved booth time has ended.

Disclaimer: If your venue requires vendor insurance or additional documentation, please let us know at least two weeks before your event.

Overtime

Having too much fun? Additional booth time MUST is available, but must  be added as an add-on prior to event.
 

Protecting Our Equipment

Our booth is professionally maintained and designed to provide an exceptional guest experience. The client is responsible for ensuring guests treat all equipment with care. Any damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or intentional acts may result in repair or replacement charges.

Digital Gallery

Digital gallery containing photos, GIFs, boomerangs, and videos will be delivered within 24–72 hours after your event.

Marketing & Social Media

We love celebrating our clients! Unless otherwise requested in writing, Smoot Consulting Group Photo Booth may share select event images on our website and social media platforms for promotional purposes. We always strive to showcase our clients with professionalism and respect.

Unexpected Circumstances

In the rare event of severe weather, venue closures, emergencies, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control, every reasonable effort will be made to provide a suitable solution, including a replacement booth or rescheduling when possible.
